"I have nothing but good things to say about Rod's State Farm office and in particular, office mgr Lori Tillett. We're moving in from out of state so we needed to have our auto and renters insurance policies changed to Texas. Lori was a big help, putting together various options on our auto policy to bring our cost down as much as possible. It meant changing deductibles, adding and removing optional coverages and features that helped bring the premium down to something we could live with. With the stress of the move on top of everything else, we really appreciated Lori's help in removing at least some of the work of relocating."

"We were hit by an Immigrant with no drivers license and his liability insurance refused to pay for his totaling our paid-for 2014 Expedition. State Farm low-balled us on paying for our vehicle and never explained to us any plans they had to make things right with the other insurance company. Every time I asked how this would be fixed, the response was “this could take months or maybe years.” No explanation of what “this” was or what steps they were taking to fix “this.” Also during this mess, their adjuster recorded our accident as our fault, and this shows on our Lexis-Nexis nationwide report. We are working with an independent agency to have this corrected, since this State Farm agency would not help us. Also, a while back we had a flat and had our car towed to have it fixed because my husband had just had knee surgery. This was reported as a claim, just like an accident claim is reported. Had we known it would be reported this way, we would have had a car service come to us. We are getting help to get our record cleared from another insurance broker. State Farm absolutely did nothing to help us. I would never recommend this office to anyone."
